In the Arcipierku, or Valletta’s Lower Barakka, the city locals, as well as lots of other Maltese, used to look out for those that were called Ravjul tal-Fjur. Ravioli that was delicious and famed. The Pawlini Group is going to resurrect this tradition during Notte Bianca.
